Heads up about Outlook desktop: The default signature embeds the logo as a base64 image, which works in Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook web — but Outlook desktop strips it. For full compatibility, host the logo at a public URL (e.g. on your Netlify site) and update LOGO_URL at the top of this file.

How to install your signature

Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear iconSee all settings.
  3. Scroll down to Signature and click Create new (or edit an existing one).
  4. Paste your signature into the editor.
  5. Under Signature defaults, set it for new emails and replies.
  6. Scroll down and click Save changes.
Outlook (web)
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Outlook web, click Settings (gear) → AccountSignatures.
  3. Click New signature, give it a name, and paste into the editor.
  4. Under Default signatures, select it for new messages and replies.
  5. Click Save.
Outlook (desktop · Windows / Mac)
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. In Outlook, go to FileOptionsMailSignatures (Windows), or OutlookSettingsSignatures (Mac).
  3. Click New, name it, and paste into the editor.
  4. Set as default for new messages and replies.
  5. Click OK / Save.

Note: Outlook desktop sometimes strips embedded images. If your logo doesn't show, see the yellow note above the install steps.

Apple Mail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Open MailSettingsSignatures.
  3. Choose your account, click the + to create a new signature, name it.
  4. Paste your signature into the editor on the right.
  5. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so the styling sticks.
  6. Drag the new signature onto your account, or set it as the default.
  7. Close the window — Apple Mail saves automatically.
